Fill in the form below with your details and the candidate’s CV — before they apply on their own.

HR reviews the profile

Our hiring team screens the profile and interviews the candidate as per the usual process.

Candidate joins us

If the candidate is selected and completes 90 days of continuous employment…

You get rewarded

…you receive the referral reward, processed after the 3-month mark.

Referral rewards

We offer exciting rewards for successful referrals.

Junior level₹5,0000 – 2 years of experience

Mid level₹10,0002 – 5 years of experience

Rewards are processed after the candidate completes 3 months of employment.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The referral must be made through the official referral form before the candidate applies independently.
Only full-time employees of Digital Hub Solution are eligible to participate in this program.
The referred candidate should not already be in contact with our HR or hiring team.
If the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of continuous employment, the referrer will be eligible for a referral reward.
In case of duplicate referrals, the first one recorded in the system will be considered.
The final decision regarding eligibility and reward rests with the HR Department.
Referral rewards are subject to applicable tax deductions.
